The main way to reduce the wrinkle of transfer paper is to start with the base paper. The wrinkle of coating and printing is small when the base paper wrinkles. The second is to improve the coating formula to reduce the wrinkle.
Nanometer materials are selected for the coating formula of transfer paper to ensure that the surface smoothness of transfer paper is more than 3 seconds and the nozzle will not be damaged.
Impurity spots on paper surface
The spot (impurity spot) on the surface of transfer paper is an important indicator of transfer paper. These spots may be generated from the base paper, coating or production process. The spot seriously harms large area of pure color printing but has little impact on fancy printing. There is a problem of speckles in domestic transfer paper. A lot of research has been done to eliminate the speckles. Many efforts have been made on the generation and elimination methods of the speckles. There are strict regulations and controls from the base paper to the coating formula and the production process, but there may still be 1-2 speckles per square meter. With the operation of the new formula and equipment transformation, it is expected to eliminate the speckles to reach the international advanced level.

The stability of quality is an important indicator of usability. The surface quality of transfer paper is closely related to the user's ink, print data settings, and parameter settings of the transfer machine. The fluctuation or constant change of the surface quality of transfer paper will force the end user to follow the adjustment. For example, the original color calibration needs to be redone, and the printing samples previously provided to the customer cannot be reproduced but can only be redone, Therefore, the end customers need stable quality, and the transfer paper manufacturers must attach great importance to this, because only stable quality can win a batch of loyal customers belonging to you.
